電力試驗規程對眾多的電力設備如：電纜、電機、發電機、變壓器、互感器、高壓開關、避雷器等要求做一系列的絕緣性能試驗，首先是要做絕緣電阻測試。
近年來隨著電力事業的發展，大容量設備的使用不斷增加，用普通的兆歐表無法檢測其絕緣性能。
在測試大容量電力設備的絕緣電阻時，絕緣電阻值和加壓的時間有關，加壓時間越長，絕緣阻值越高，這種現象叫絕緣的吸收現象。要了解被試品的絕緣性能必須首先對其做吸收比和極化指數試驗，為下一步的泄漏、介質損耗、局部放電等，絕緣性能試驗提供安全保障。南澳電氣（武漢）有限公司依照電力標準化規程特推出NAZCS智能絕緣電阻測試儀（以下稱NAZCS），對電力設備進行絕緣、吸收比、極化指數試驗，為系列絕緣試驗提供前期準確判斷。
由于充電電流直接影響到大容量容性試品的絕緣值測試，因此需要大的充電電流，充電能力越強吸收比測試值就越接近真實值。NAZCS短路電流大于3mA,克服了普通型兆歐表短路電流小，測試不準確、易受干擾等弊端。NAZCS采取適時電壓電流采樣做除法運算，所以在測試時即便電壓發生變化，由歐姆定理計算得到的電阻值也是準確的。NAZCS智能絕緣電阻測試儀采用優良的單片機控制流程，人機界面對話，攜帶方便，操作簡單；內附蓄電池，交直流兩用，并設有欠壓保護和電池過充保護。本儀器可以自動顯示當前時間，保存8組歷史測試數據及時間，為試驗人員提供了方便。

產品資料
1、確認接線無誤（注：測試線禁止拖地）后開機測試，“高壓輸出”燈亮表示有高壓輸出，此時嚴禁碰觸高壓線！！！測試過程中嚴禁拔插測試線或是短接輸出，以免危及人身和損壞儀器。
2、使用儀表內部電池測量時顯示暗淡或開機不顯示，表示電池電量不足，應及時關儀器并充電。
注意：測試顯示電壓超出選擇的額定電壓很大時，并長時間不能穩定時請不接負載測試看電壓是否正常。如果還不正常請充電，充電充滿再次空測試電壓，電壓正常便是電力不足及時充電。
3、長期不使用儀表時應定期對電池充電（一個月一次）。不使用時和充電時要關儀器。
4、儀表存放于干燥，無塵、無腐蝕性氣體的環境中。
5、測試大容量容性負載時，試驗完要保證有足夠的放電時間，放電完畢后方可拆卸測試線。（特大容性負載放電最好超過1分鐘）
6、儀表未接被試品時測得的絕緣電阻顯示值一般達到T級（1T=1000G），此值一般是隨機無窮大值，如同測試空氣，不具備實際意義。
7、若儀表出現故障，應請專職維修人員或寄回本公司修理，不得自行拆開儀表，否則造成的損失我公司不予負責。
特別注意：
測試過程中不要接觸高壓輸出線，測試線接好后方可開機測試。切忌輸出高壓時將測試輸出線短接。
